Due to the nature of digital and technical services, we offer a 50% refund if the work has not been started within 48 hours of payment. Once technical setup, onboarding, or development has commenced, full refunds are not available.
If we are unable to complete the service due to a persistent technical fault on our end that cannot be resolved within 7 business days, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Service requests can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations made after project kickoff are subject to a pro-rated fee based on the man-hours and resources already utilized.
Refunds are not provided for issues arising from third-party approval processes (e.g., payment gateway compliance rejections, API restrictions, or account bans). Clients are advised to verify their eligibility before making a payment.
